Ashley Morrison, LCSW, serves as the Clinical Director at All In Solutions’ California programs, where she provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership in the delivery of high-quality mental health and substance use treatment services.
Ashley earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Simmons University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Her professional background spans a wide range of roles across behavioral health, including direct clinical work, program development, and operational and leadership positions. This breadth of experience has shaped her understanding of what it takes to support both effective systems of care and the people working within them.
Her approach to leadership is also deeply personal. With long-term experience in her own recovery journey, Ashley brings a perspective rooted in lived experience, empathy, and a strong belief in the healing process. That experience continues to inform her commitment to creating environments where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to engage fully in their recovery.
Ashley is especially passionate about empowerment and community as core elements of lasting change. She believes recovery is strengthened through connection, accountability, and shared purpose, and she works to cultivate programs where both clients and staff feel valued, supported, and able to grow. Across her work, Ashley leads with authenticity, compassion, and a steady commitment to helping individuals and teams build meaningful, sustainable recovery outcomes.”
