The Joint Commission

Joint Commission accreditation is widely recognized and respected as a mark of distinction across the health care community and across the nation by state agencies, insurers and payers, referral sources and families. Treatment Centers awarded the Joint Commission accreditation demonstrate patient safety and quality of care issues are at the forefront of standards and initiatives.

National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers
Being a member of the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) means your organization is part of a professional association that represents addiction treatment providers, offering leadership, advocacy, training, and member support services to ensure the equitable availability and highest quality of addiction treatment.

Florida Department of
Children and Families
The provision of substance abuse services is governed by Chapters 394 and 397 of the Florida Statutes, which provide direction for a continuum of community-based services including prevention, treatment, and detoxification services. Licensure Services are required to administer and maintain a comprehensive regulatory process to license service providers and professionals who provide substance abuse services to individuals and families who are at risk of or challenged by substance abuse.
All of our Florida programs are licensed by Florida’s DCF.
California Department of
Health Care Services
The Licensing and Certification (L&C) Program is responsible for regulatory oversight of licensed health care facilities and health care professionals to assess the safety, effectiveness, and quality of health care for all Californians. Additionally, licensed facilities are required to obtain at least one DHCS Level of Care Designation or an equivalent certification, ensuring they provide care consistent with the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria.

Our Cherry Hill treatment center is fully licensed by the State of New Jersey, which means we meet strict standards for safety, clinical care, and ethical practices. To earn this license, our facility underwent comprehensive inspections, staff credential reviews, and rigorous evaluations to ensure we provide effective, evidence-based care. Being state-licensed also ensures ongoing oversight so we operate with transparency, accountability, and a commitment to your recovery.
