Christopher Pasquale is a seasoned behavioral health professional with extensive experience across clinical, operational, and executive leadership roles within the substance use disorder treatment field. He began his career at Delray Recovery Center, where he served as a Therapist, later advancing to Lead Therapist and Admissions Director. In these roles, Christopher developed a strong clinical foundation while also gaining a deep understanding of client engagement, program development, and ethical admissions practices.
Building on his clinical and operational expertise, Christopher went on to serve as Chief Operating Officer at RECO Intensive, where he played a key role in overseeing daily operations, optimizing organizational efficiency, and supporting high-quality client care across programs.
He currently serves as Executive Director at All In Solutions, where he leads with a focus on integrity, team development, and client-centered care. Christopher is passionate about creating environments that support lasting recovery, both for clients and the professionals who serve them.
Christopher holds a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, as well as a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, which together inform his balanced approach to leadership, ethics, and clinical care.
Known for his practical leadership style and commitment to excellence, Christopher brings a perspective that bridges clinical insight with operational strategy. Outside of his professional work, he is actively involved in ministry, participating in preaching, serving the homeless, and leading Bible studies. Christopher is a married father of four and enjoys coaching Little League, reflecting his commitment to family, mentorship, and community.
