Cody Neeley, LCSW, Qualified Supervisor is a seasoned behavioral health executive and Chief Clinical Officer with extensive experience overseeing clinical operations across substance use treatment, psychiatry, and integrated healthcare settings. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and California with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, clinical program development, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
Cody earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Florida State University, where he developed a clinical framework grounded in evidence-based and patient-centered care. He is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and maintains licensure and supervision qualifications (Qualified Supervisor – QS) in Florida and California.
In his clinical leadership role, Cody specializes in implementing and overseeing treatment models that utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). His approach emphasizes measurable outcomes, patient safety, and adherence to state and accreditation standards, and all Joint Commission requirements. Cody has a passion for helping those struggling from the disease of addiction, he doesn’t just consider working in substance abuse a career but more of a calling.
With a dual focus on clinical excellence and operational performance, Cody has led the development and scaling of treatment programs across multiple levels of care, including detoxification, residential, and outpatient services. He is recognized for building high-performing clinical teams, strengthening documentation and compliance systems, and aligning care delivery and regulatory care frameworks.
