Dustin Magdales, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, is a Palm Beach County native with nearly two decades of experience in both education and hands-on patient care. She currently serves as the Primary Nurse Practitioner at All In Solutions Wellness Center in West Palm Beach. Her interest in medicine began in high school, where she actively participated in and competed in sports medicine through Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA).
Early in her career, Dustin received training as a first responder, assisting in countywide hospital mass casualty exercises and participating in Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) training. She continues this work today as a clinical professor at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she trains students in mass casualty response and emergency preparedness.
Dustin has a strong passion for teaching and mentorship. While earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), she also served as a tennis coach for four years, further developing her commitment to guiding and supporting others.
Her dedication to service extends internationally and domestically through medical missions. Dustin has volunteered in Santa Ana, El Salvador (2015, 2019, 2020), Haiti (2016), and Belle Glade, Florida (2015, 2018), providing care to underserved and hard-to-reach populations.
Clinically, Dustin’s nursing background includes extensive experience in post-operative neurosurgery (intracranial and spinal), as well as step-down neurology. She also brings experience in ear, nose, and throat (ENT), orthopedic care, and cardiac telemetry.
Dustin describes herself as a receptive learner and servant leader, with a passion for sharing the relevance and brilliance of science in everyday life. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she is trained to provide comprehensive medical care across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on preventative care. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, she specializes in addiction treatment and co-occurring psychiatric disorders, integrating evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Outside of her professional work, Dustin enjoys nature photography and hiking.
