Eliana Esrig, LSW

Eliana Esrig, LSW, is the Clinical Program Manager at All In Solutions Counseling Center. She oversees daily clinical operations while providing comprehensive, trauma-informed care to individuals navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. In her role, Eliana combines clinical expertise with strong leadership to ensure the delivery of structured, effective, and client-centered treatment across all levels of care.

Eliana earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work in 2022, additionally completing a Certificate in Trauma-Informed Practice. She is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach for processing trauma.

In her role as Clinical Program Manager, Eliana supervises daily operations, coordinates schedules across multidisciplinary teams, ensures appropriate clinical coverage, and supports consistent delivery of therapeutic services. She develops educational materials for group therapy, provides trauma-informed training to staff, and fosters a treatment environment grounded in safety, trust, and clinical best practices. She also maintains a clinical caseload, incorporating EMDR into individual therapy to help clients process trauma. Her clinical style is collaborative, empathetic, and structured, with a strong focus on accountability, client empowerment, and measurable progress.

Eliana previously worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Addiction Medicine and Health Advocates in Philadelphia, supporting clients experiencing homelessness, community violence, and poverty. She provided individual counseling, coordinated care with outside providers, and assisted clients facing complex psychosocial challenges. Eliana also delivered therapeutic services at a recovery center for individuals healing from recent trauma, as well as DBT-informed interventions and crisis support to adolescents in a therapeutic school setting.

Eliana is passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for both clients and staff. She is committed to ongoing professional development and promoting a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.

Outside of her professional role, Eliana values balance and connection. She has always been passionate about writing, reading, and other creative outlets, using these pursuits to prioritize self-care that supports both personal well-being and professional sustainability.
