What to Expect:
Cherry Hill

A Look at the Journey Ahead.

Choosing to begin treatment is a courageous step, but it’s natural to feel uncertain—especially if you’re not sure what’s waiting on the other side. The information below offers a transparent, down-to-earth look at what life is like at All In Solutions Counseling Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

We’re not here to sugarcoat things or make empty promises. Recovery takes work, but you won’t be doing it alone. This page will walk you through our facilities, clinical approach, daily structure, and what you can expect as you begin the process of healing. You’ll also find video tours, firsthand testimonials from alumni, and answers to common questions that clients and their families often ask.

Our hope is that this helps ease some of the anxiety and gives you a sense of what’s possible. We’re glad you’re here. When you’re ready, we’ll meet you where you are and walk with you every step of the way.

Clinical Building Tour

We’ve designed our Cherry Hill campus to support both privacy and purpose. Our clinical services are housed in a separate building from where clients live, allowing for clear structure and a focused therapeutic environment. Clients in our sober living program are transported daily to and from the clinical facility by staff.

Inside, the space is calm, modern, and intentionally built for healing. There are rooms for individual sessions, group therapy, and meetings with case managers—all under one roof. With multiple groups running concurrently, we’re able to offer personalized care that fits each client’s needs and stage in the process. You can view our weekly clinical schedule below to get a sense of the programming we offer.

Sober Living Tour

For those who want a more immersive experience—or who aren’t local to Cherry Hill—we offer sober living homes that provide accountability, comfort, and community. These homes are gender-specific, professionally supervised, and built to offer a stable environment during early recovery.

While some clients attend programming while living at home, those in sober living are transported to and from our clinical building by staff. Transportation is also provided for grocery shopping, medical appointments, and 12-step meetings in the community. Though there’s some freedom outside of clinical hours, each client signs a behavioral contract and follows a curfew. These boundaries aren’t about control; they’re about creating consistency and building trust—two essentials in early recovery.

PHP & IOP Clinical Schedules

Structure, Support, and Space to Heal

Our clinical schedule is designed to meet you where you are and walk with you through every stage of early recovery. It blends structure with flexibility, offering a wide range of therapeutic approaches that treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

We don’t just teach people how to stop using; we help them build lives worth staying sober for. Through a mix of evidence-based practices, trauma-informed therapy, mental health care, peer support, and spiritual development (when desired), our programming empowers each individual to grow, heal, and reconnect with purpose.

Here’s what you can expect during a typical week in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs:

Evidence-Based Foundation: CBT and Beyond

One of the cornerstones of our curriculum is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This proven method helps clients identify and change the negative thought patterns that drive destructive behaviors. With support from trained clinicians, clients build healthier coping tools, improve emotional regulation, and begin to reframe the way they see themselves and the world around them.

Trauma-Informed Care: Healing What’s Beneath the Surface

For many people in recovery, substance use is tied to unresolved trauma. That’s why we go deeper. Our trauma-focused track is led by compassionate therapists who help clients process painful experiences in a safe, respectful setting. This work isn’t easy—but it’s essential. True healing means addressing the root, not just the symptom.

Mental Health Integration: Tools for Life

Recovery is about more than staying sober. It’s about learning to live fully, without being overwhelmed by anxiety, shame, anger, or stress. Our clinical schedule includes groups focused on anger management, stress reduction, building self-esteem, and managing depression and anxiety.

12-Step Programming: Community and Accountability

The 12-step model offers a timeless structure for personal growth, mutual support, and daily accountability. Clients participate in step-based groups, attend outside meetings, and build connections with others walking the same path. Whether you’re brand new to recovery or already familiar with the steps, we help integrate these principles into daily life, not as rules, but as guides.

Faith-Based Track: Recovery Through a Spiritual Lens

We offer an optional faith-based track for clients seeking a more spiritually rooted experience. This track builds on the traditional curriculum, adding Biblical teachings that explore purpose, identity, and redemption through a Christian worldview. It’s a safe space to ask deeper questions and reconnect with faith as a source of strength.

Family Program: Healing Together

Addiction impacts the whole family, not just the individual. That’s why we offer a virtual family support program to help loved ones heal alongside you. These sessions address grief, communication, forgiveness, and boundaries, creating space for mutual growth and restoration.

Common Questions from New Clients & Families

How Long is the Program?

The PHP program is generally 21-28 days (3-4 weeks), but may be adjusted according to a client’s needs. Once a client completes PHP, they can continue their care at the IOP level. Clients can attend IOP for several weeks to several months. The average length of stay from start to finish at All In Solutions Cherry Hill is 45-60 days.

Can I Have My Phone and Computer?

Yes, clients are permitted to have their cell phones and laptops at All In Solutions Cherry Hill. Please note that All In Solutions Cherry Hill is not a detox program, so if a client attends another treatment center before coming to All In Solutions, that program may have a different policy on electronics.

Can Family Visit Me?

Yes, family visitation is allowed, but it must be approved by the client’s primary therapist. At All In Solutions, we emphasize the importance of family dynamics in both addiction and recovery. As such, our therapists try to keep family members involved throughout the process. In addition, our clinical team hosts a weekly online “family group”—family members of current or past clients are welcome to attend.

Will I Have a Private Room?

While some houses do have single rooms, most rooms are semi-private (2 clients per room). Fluctuations to the census could result in more private rooms becoming available, but typically most clients will have a roommate for the majority of their stay.

How Much Freedom Do Clients Have?

At the PHP level of care, clients have 3 hours per day (4pm to 7pm) where they can do as they please. At the IOP level of care, clients have a 10pm curfew and are free to do as they please outside of clinical hours.

Alumni Testimonials

While we hope the information above has been helpful, perhaps the best way to learn about the client experience at All In Solutions is by asking former clients (alumni). In addition to the highlighted testimonials here, you can read more of our 5-star Google reviews here and view more client testimonials on YouTube.

I really was disappointed with the amount of time spent at the detox center prior to arriving to Cherry Hill. My experience at Cherry Hill was outstanding and very rewarding. Starting with the intake, introduction to staff and clients was handled very professionally and comforting. Once here I knew this is where I was supposed to be. My 30 day time was shorter than most but I absolutely got all I could out of my time. Very satisfied, thank you to all staff and friends.
I enjoyed my time at All In Solutions. The staff were extremely helpful and the groups were extremely insightful. I feel that I gained a lot from the program and that everyone was here to help, and actually cared. The houses were nice and the schedule is straightforward + relaxed. Thank you to everyone at All In Solutions, would recommend to anyone!
If you are in need of treatment any kind of substance abuse problems this is the place to go. All In solutions has a wide variety of groups and therapy so they can help anyone who is looking for a specific type of treatment. The only staff goes way above and beyond what is required of them. They genuinely care about the patients and will bend over backwards to help any of the clients. There are so many people who work there that help me that I got close to that leaving for home was bitter sweet. I'd like to thank the housing techs Justin, Smitty, Ray and Noah. They made living in new jersey easy, and very enjoyable. They will be missed. And I'd like to thank a lot of the staff at the center for helping me. I hope all of you understand how much what you do makes a difference in peoples lives. Thank you to my therapist Justin My case manager Miranda Group facilitators Mark, Chris, Erica (Alien), Shannon, the intern Kristen, Kirsten, Tom. I really could list everyone that works there in all the different roles. Again I owe you all a HUGE debt of gratitude and will forever appreciate everything you did for me. I miss you all already and it's only been 2 days since I left. Alan S.
My time here was amazing. All these staff were very helpful in assisting me in my journey here. I received so much knowledge about addiction, and how to manage my stress and daily life. I would love to give a special thanks for Alyssa, my wonderful therapist, Erica, for guiding me and giving me so much love and positivity, Karen for providing knowledge and strength, and Mark for giving me the perspective I needed to maintain my sobriety.
I have been to multiple treatment centers and I can honestly say that this is a very special place and all the staff members have their hearts invested in what they do each and everyday for the clients. Shout out to my therapist Shannon for being the such a blessing when a blessing was needed, to the housing team in the little office up front, all the techs including Thomas the tank engine and Steve, The housing techs including Dane, Ash, Edmund and especially Abraham, to Ross and Erika on the health and wellness team plus Leslie, and to a very extremely special alumni coordinator Lauren. There are many that I haven’t named but are very much a part of my growth and development while in all in solutions and I thank everybody with every ounce of gratitude I can possibly muster up. Last but not least I thank God for making this journey possible and for crossing paths with this incredible group of beautiful people. Much love to ALL! P.S. We are NOT a glum lot!
