Clinical Building Tour
Step inside our Simi Valley clinical building and you’ll see why many clients call it their home base for healing. This is where the heart of the program happens—where clients engage in daily group therapy, one-on-one counseling sessions, life skills training, and evidence-based treatments tailored to their journey. The space is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully designed to support focus, connection, and calm. Whether you’re processing tough emotions or gaining new tools for life in recovery, the environment helps you stay grounded and present.
Between sessions, clients have room to breathe. The building offers both indoor and outdoor areas for reflection, conversation, or simply taking a moment to rest. With spacious group rooms, cozy lounge areas, and quiet corners, there’s space for every part of the process. Clients who stay in our sober living homes are transported to and from the clinical building daily by our dedicated staff—so whether you’re living onsite or commuting, everything runs smoothly. This isn’t just a treatment center—it’s a place where healing feels possible.
Sober Living Tour
For those seeking a deeper level of immersion in their recovery journey, All In Solutions offers gender-specific sober living homes just minutes from the clinical building. These homes are thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and accountability—offering a safe, supportive environment where clients can focus on healing, build lasting connections, and develop healthy routines. While local clients are welcome to commute from home, many find that living alongside others on the same path creates a strong sense of community and shared purpose.
Each day, our staff provides transportation to and from the clinical building, as well as trips to grocery stores, meetings, and medical appointments—so clients can stay focused on recovery without the stress of logistics. Outside clinical hours, clients enjoy some personal freedom, but structure remains key. Curfews, behavioral expectations, and regular check-ins are all part of the commitment to creating a space where growth is not only possible—but expected.
PHP & IOP Clinical Schedules
Typical Weekly Schedule
At All In Solutions California, our clinical program is built to do more than help clients get sober—it’s designed to help them heal, grow, and thrive. With a day-to-day structure that blends evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, 12-step principles, and mental health support, we meet clients where they are and walk with them every step of the way. Each element of the program is intentionally crafted to support not just recovery, but transformation.
Clients participate in a variety of therapeutic groups and individual sessions throughout the week, with core clinical practices rooted in proven modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Through CBT, clients learn how to identify the thought patterns and behaviors that fuel substance use and, more importantly, how to shift them. This work creates the groundwork for better coping, more self-awareness, and long-term change.
We also integrate the time-tested principles of 12-step recovery, offering structure, accountability, and the power of shared experience. Clients are encouraged to engage with meetings, step work, and community building as a vital part of their personal recovery process.
Because we understand the deep connection between mental health and addiction, our program includes groups focused on emotional regulation, self-esteem, anger management, and stress reduction. And for those carrying the weight of past trauma, our compassionate, licensed therapists use trauma-focused techniques to help clients process what they’ve been through in a safe, supportive space—because healing the past is often key to building a better future.
Finally, we recognize that recovery doesn’t happen in isolation. Our online family program, led by Dr. Alexandra Foglia, gives loved ones the opportunity to do their own healing work, explore boundary-setting, and begin to repair relationships that may have been strained by addiction.
While the weekly schedule clearly outlines what to expect, our clinical program is always evolving, growing with the latest research, client feedback, and best practices in the field. We’re not just helping people get sober—we’re helping them rebuild their lives.

Common Questions from New Clients & Families
The PHP program is generally 21-28 days (3-4 weeks), but may be adjusted according to a client’s needs. Once a client completes PHP, they can continue their care at the IOP level. Clients can attend IOP for several weeks to several months. The average length of stay from start to finish at All In Solutions California is 30-60 days.
Yes, clients are permitted to have their cell phones and laptops at All In Solutions California. Please note that cell phones and laptops are not permitted at the inpatient level of care (All In Solutions Detox Simi Valley).
Yes, family visitation is allowed, but must be approved by the client’s primary therapist. At All In Solutions, we emphasize the importance of family dynamics in both addiction and recovery. As such, our therapists try to keep family involved throughout the process. In addition, there is a weekly online “family group” that is hosted by our clinical team – family members of current or past clients are welcome to attend.
While some houses do have single rooms, most rooms are semi-private (2 clients per room). Fluctuations to the census could result in more private rooms becoming available, but typically most clients will have a roommate for the majority of their stay.
At the PHP level of care, clients have 3 hours per day (4 pm to 7 pm) to do as they please. At the IOP level of care, clients have a 10 pm curfew and are free to do as they please outside of clinical hours.
