Our Clinical Building: Where the Magic Happens

To ensure the utmost privacy, comfort, and focus on recovery, we have separate buildings for client housing and clinical services. Staff transport clients who stay in our sober living housing to and from the clinical building. In our newly renovated clinical building, clients can access a dedicated space to engage in individual therapy sessions with their therapists, actively participate in transformative group programs, and meet with their case management team.

This new facility offers plenty of space for multiple concurrent groups so that clients receive personalized, relevant, and intimate care. You can learn more about the diverse array of programs we provide on the schedule below.

Client Sober Living Homes: Accountability, Comfort, Safety

While clients who are local to Boynton Beach are welcome to attend the PHP and IOP programs at All In Solutions while living at home, we also offer sober living accommodations for clients seeking a more immersive experience. These comfortable apartment-style residences provide an ideal setting for our clients to grow individually and as a community. All of our units are gender-specific (male and female units are on separate floors) and are supervised by staff.

Staff members transport clients to and from the clinical building daily, and also take them to the grocery store, outside meetings, medical appointments, and wherever else they may need to go. While clients have some freedom outside of clinical hours, behavioral contracts and curfews are strictly enforced.

PHP & IOP Clinical Schedules

Program Overview: At All In Solutions Counseling Center Boynton Beach, our clinical program is designed to provide a comprehensive and integrative approach to treatment, addressing the diverse needs of our clients. With a blend of evidence-based techniques, trauma-focused counseling, 12-step recovery principles, and mental health components, our curriculum aims to empower individuals on their journey to recovery, healing, and personal growth.

One of the foundations of our clinical program is the incorporation of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a widely recognized and effective therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviors. By utilizing CBT, clients gain valuable skills to replace destructive thoughts and behaviors with healthier coping mechanisms, leading to positive and lasting change.

Recognizing the significance of a holistic approach, our clinical program also incorporates 12-step recovery principles. These principles provide a framework for personal growth, accountability, and support within a community of peers. Clients engage in 12-step meetings, working through the steps, and forming connections with others who understand the challenges of addiction and recovery. The 12-step model offers a proven pathway to sobriety and ongoing support for a lifetime of recovery.

Furthermore, our clinical program integrates mental health components to address various aspects of well-being. We offer specialized groups focusing on anger management, self-esteem building, and stress reduction techniques. These components recognize the interplay between mental health and substance abuse, providing clients with the tools to manage their emotions, develop a positive self-image, and reduce stressors that may contribute to relapse.

Trauma-focused: In addition to CBT, we emphasize trauma-focused counseling within our clinical program. Trauma can have a profound impact on individuals, and it is crucial to address and heal from these experiences to achieve long-term recovery. Our experienced and compassionate therapists utilize trauma-focused techniques to help clients process and heal from past traumas, fostering resilience and empowering them to move forward in their lives.

Faith-Based Track: In addition to our evidence-based (traditional) track, we offer an optional faith-based program. Led by licensed therapist and ordained minister, Pastor Daniel Cornide, the faith-based program is designed to build upon the proven psychotherapeutic elements in the traditional program by exploring identity and purpose through Biblical principles. You can read more about Pastor Dan’s philosophy here and here.

Family Program: While the individual struggling with addiction is our primary client, we understand that their loved ones may also be seeking guidance and healing. For this reason, we have an online family program led by Dr. Alexandra Foglia. These sessions provide family members a safe and structured environment to work through anger and pain and begin cultivating forgiveness and healthy boundaries.

Note that the schedules below are subject to change as our clinical program is continuously evolving and integrating the latest research and evidence-based practices to ensure the most effective and comprehensive care for our clients.

Common Questions from New Clients and Families

The PHP program is generally 21-28 days (3-4 weeks), but may be adjusted according to a client’s needs. Once a client completes PHP, they can continue their care at the IOP level. Clients can attend IOP for several weeks to several months. The average length of stay from start to finish at All In Solutions Boynton Beach is 45-60 days.

Yes, clients are permitted to have their cell phones and laptops at All In Solutions Boynton Beach. Please note that All In Solutions Boynton Beach is not a detox program, so if a client attends another treatment program before coming to All In Solutions Boynton Beach, that program may have a different policy on electronics.

Yes, family visitation is allowed, but must be approved by the client’s primary therapist. At All In Solutions, we emphasize the importance of family dynamics in both addiction and recovery. As such, our therapists try to keep family involved throughout the process. In addition, there is a weekly online “family group” that is hosted by our clinical team – family members of current or past clients are welcome to attend.

While some houses do have single rooms, most rooms are semi-private (2 clients per room). Fluctuations to the census could result in more private rooms becoming available, but typically most clients will have a roommate for the majority of their stay.

At the PHP level of care, clients have 3 hours per day (4pm to 7pm) where they can do as they please. At the IOP level of care, clients have a 10pm curfew and are free to do as they please outside of clinical hours.
